Delete permission groups

When to use this procedure

Follow the steps below to remove a permission group from AIMsi. To remove a permission group from an employee, follow the steps in Manage permission group members or Manage an employee's permission groups.

Steps to complete

  1. On the Admin menu, point to Employee/Security and click Employee/Groups. The Employee/Group Administration window displays.
  2. Highlight the group you want to delete in the Group grid.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Yes on the message that displays.

Alternate steps

  1. On the Group Properties window, use the navigation buttons to display the group you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Click Yes on the message that displays.
